1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Conduit messaging gateway, API endpoints, or administrative dashboards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Authorized Use & API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Conduit API keys. Any requests authenticated with your client credentials will be attributed to your tenant.

3. Downstream Provider Compliance

Conduit acts as a routing infrastructure gateway. Clients must ensure that all template dispatches, opt-in consents, and message payloads comply with the applicable policies of downstream messaging providers and local telecommunications regulations.

4. Service Availability

While Conduit strives for continuous gateway uptime, telemetry and delivery latency are dependent upon upstream provider panel stability.

5. Parent Company Attribution

Conduit is a product of Ecospace Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd.
