Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Conduit, an infrastructure product of Ecospace Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. ("Conduit", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and safeguards information processed through our enterprise messaging services.

2. Data Minimization & Phone Masking

In compliance with strict data minimization principles, Conduit acts solely as a transient processing gateway. Recipient phone numbers processed by Conduit are permanently masked (e.g. +91 ••••••4310) across operational logs and inspection consoles.

3. Credential Encryption & Hashing

API keys issued to client applications are hashed using salted bcrypt prior to persistence. Plaintext keys are never stored on disk. Downstream provider authentication tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard symmetric cryptography.

4. Tenant Data Isolation

Client data, configuration parameters, and delivery logs are partitioned strictly by client tenant ID. Cross-tenant access or sharing of message metadata is structurally prohibited.
