Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy outlines prohibited uses of the Conduit enterprise messaging gateway to protect recipient trust, carrier reputation, and service reliability.

2. Prohibited Content & Spam

Users of Conduit may not dispatch unsolicited commercial messages, deceptive financial promotions, phishing attempts, harassment, or malicious scripts through Conduit endpoints. All message recipients must have provided explicit opt-in consent.

3. Rate Limiting & Resource Abuse

Attempts to circumvent tenant rate limits, flood downstream provider panels, or conduct denial-of-service attacks against Conduit infrastructure will result in immediate API key revocation.

4. Enforcement

Conduit reserves the right to immediately suspend client access or revoke API keys where violations of this policy are detected.
